UMANG respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please follow the procedure below to submit a DMCA notice.

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

To file a notice of copyright infringement, you must provide the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work that is being infringed.
• A description of where the infringing content is located on UMANG.
• Your contact information, including your address, phone number, and email.
• A statement affirming you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information you have provided is accurate.

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Please include the following:

• Your contact information.
• A description of the content that was removed and where it was located.
• A statement of good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

3. Response to Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, UMANG will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will notify the user who posted the content. If a valid counter-notice is received, the content may be restored.

4. Repeat Infringement

Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws may have their accounts terminated.
